If you do rebates, you know that in many of them they send you a pre-paid mc/visa. I've always had a hard time spending them--you have to spend the amount or less/ you can't go over/ etc. I now take mine & buy a gift card that I will use. For example/ I had a P&G 10.00 gift card--I bought a Meijer 10.00 gift card with it. Both kroger & Giant Eagle give you gas points for buying gift cards. This makes it so much easier & assures me that I will use the full amount.
